QA Interactions Page
When our product team first sat down to design Stella Connect’s quality assurance (QA) tool, we wanted to improve a critical, yet broken, component of agent performance.
Using Stella Connect QA, our customers have been able to drive process efficiencies and agent improvements by cutting down the time it takes to conduct a QA review and enhancing the ability to close the loop with agents through coaching.
In continuing to make your QA program streamlined and actionable, we’re excited to introduce a new way to conduct a QA review: QA Interactions!
With QA Interactions, you now have the flexibility and ease to review any customer interaction from your source system, whether or not there was customer feedback related to the interaction. You can easily find a list of interactions, filter them, and select which one to QA review without relying on customer feedback.
On a small screen or on-the-go and still want to coach? No problem! 1:1s are now mobile-friendly. Now, you can conduct and view coaching sessions on-the-go, right on your smartphone or tablet.
