We wanted our network of customer experience, customer service, and contact center professionals to be able to expand their own networks through events, both in-person and virtual. We’ve had some amazing conversations along the way.
Now? It’s time to keep those conversations going. The CX Connections Community aims to provide all CX and support professionals a place to talk, share insights and experience, ask questions, inspire each other, and most importantly – connect.
