Gladly puts people at the center of service with a platform built for all channels, from voice to messaging. Our new integration with Gladly enables seamless access to real-time customer feedback and unmatched visibility into service performance. As soon as an interaction has ended, our integration automatically sends customer feedback requests by email or via link for SMS and chat conversations. We also offer the ability to send Stella Connect data back into Gladly so you can access this data wherever you need it.
We’ve updated our integration with Freshdesk so you now have the ability to view your survey data within the Freshdesk platform, enabling you to see your data wherever you need it.
We’ve also made updates to our Intercom integration so you can collect customer feedback directly where conversations happen. Additionally, we have added the ability to view Stella Connect survey data within the Intercom platform so you can access your data wherever you need it.
We’ve added more languages to our survey functionality so we can ensure your customers are able to provide feedback in their preferred language. We now support the following languages:
